Trial Watcher Details Gosnell Abortion Horrors on SarahNET Radio

Rev. Frank Pavone is the guest on The Palin Radio Update with Kevin Scholla! Pavone, a Catholic priest has attended the trial of Kermit Gosnell and he’s here to talk about the gruesome murder case. While reporters largely ignore the Gosnell story of baby butchering, Pavone, the National Director of Priests for Life, has been our eyes and ears inside the courtroom. Get the truth on this horrible story of infanticide and the media cover-up. While Sarah Palin speaks up for life once again, President Obama attends a gala for radical Planned Parenthood, a group with racist and eugenicist origins. Also, Governor Palin features a Mark Styn piece on the Boston terror bombers and demands answers on a curious move by the Army regarding Bible verses. Plus, Sarah Palin’s sister accomplishes a big feat with her feet and we have an update on the assclowns in Washington and their big nerd prom. Steel Resolve, our weekly commentary with Sarah Steelman is featured as well. This week she looks at Soren Kierkegaard, deception, and Obama.

Kermit Gosnell’s Alleged House of Horrors

Kermit Gosnell, a late-term abortionist is on trial, facing charges of multiple infanticides. He was acquitted on some of the charges and closing arguments on the remainder could begin as this story goes to press. The sickening Grand Jury Report documents Gosnell’s alleged neck snapping and spinal cord snipping of babies who were born alive from his botched abortions. He was alleged to have thrown butchered, but still living babies into toilets and shoe boxes as they desperately tried to breathe. A woman who came to him for a partial-birth abortion allegedly died while under sedation. In Pennsylvania, abortion up to 24 weeks is legal, however, killing babies outside the womb is illegal, according to the Grand Jury Report.

Obama has been a strong proponent of partial-birth abortion voting for it several times as a Senator – one of the few things he actually voted on. Obama infamously voted “present” over 140 times in his short Senatorial career. Last Friday, while Gov. Palin delivered her pro-life and human dignity message in Las Vegas, Obama was heaping praise on Planned Parenthood, which stood silent on Gosnell’s alleged atrocities. Bold Colors, no Pale Pastels.

Rev. Frank Pavone, National Director, Priests for Life has been watching the Gosnell trial and provided a detailed account of what is unfolding in the courtroom. He met former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin at the Terri Shiavo gala. Priests for Life “is a movement within the Catholic Church to educate people about the problems of abortion and euthanasia.”

Trial Opening Eyes about Horrors of Abortion

“Eyes are being opened about the horrors of abortion. People think because they’re legal that they’re safe and that is a myth. People are astonished that this man killed babies even outside the womb. Pro-lifers have said all along, ‘this is what abortion leads to,’” Rev. Pavone said. “This man is charged with so many crimes it would be pretty hard to imagine him not getting some sort of severe punishment.”

Abortion Distortion

The media is burying the story because of “something called the abortion distortion,” Rev. Pavone said. All the rules pertaining to media, business, and legal practice are bent out of proportion to “protect the so-called right to abortion as a sacred cow.”

He continued, “We even saw it in the Grand Jury Report” on Gosnell where the state authorities looked the other way as Gosnell allegedly committed one infanticide after another as a routine practice: murder by numbers. “The vast majority of secular media support legal abortion and do not want to publish anything that will cast a negative light on it,” he said.

Faith, Common Sense, Reason Direct us to Speak Fearlessly

Scholla noted that priests generally don’t speak about politics.

“We have to speak fearlessly. Our faith tells us that. Common sense and good reason tell us that. We need public servants who know the difference between serving the public and killing the public. To assert that is not partisan; it’s to assert the meaning of government which is to protect life,” Rev. Pavone said.

Scholla said he could not finish reading the gruesome Grand Jury Report which documented the allegations of Gosnell snapping necks and snipping spines, among other horrors in Section IV, pages 99 through 117. The grand jury’s indictment also alleges numerous instances of shocking medical malpractice, unsanitary conditions and malfeasance.

Exclusive of Gosnell’s alleged actions, “abortion is horrific across the board. We have records of babies being dismembered in the womb. You can buy medical textbooks that describe how abortion tears the arms and legs off and crushes the skull. These are legal procedures happening every day across America. The Gosnell trial is pulling the veil off all abortion. I hope that people come face-to-face with what has been a hidden, long-standing form of violence in our society – that is abortion,” Rev. Pavone said.

What is Happening at the Trial?

Scholla asked if Pavone had a sense of what is going on at the trial since Gosnell was acquitted of some of the murder charges.

“There are still several babies on the chart in terms of murder charges. The defense is having a hard time defending him and hasn’t called any witnesses….it will be interesting to see what the closing arguments have to say,” Rev. Pavone said.

“Will Gosnell situation change the mind of some who are pro-abortion?” Scholla asked.

“Yes. This Gosnell situation will certainly help those who are pro-abortion – or who like to call themselves ‘pro-choice’ say ‘look! There are limits. There is a certain point at which the life of the baby does require protection and take precedence over a choice. There are limits to how much an abortionist should be allowed to get away with. That’s the lesson that’s coming across in this trial. There are limits and this man transgressed them,” Rev. Pavone said.

Rev. Pavone on Gov. Palin’s Schiavo Speech

Scholla asked Rev. Pavone how he thought Gov. Palin did with her Terri Schiavo gala speech spreading the message of hope and life.

He said, “She was wonderful. First of all, she was so gracious to accept the invitation of Terri Schiavo’s family. Of course, she was very aware of the whole drama that unfolded eight years ago. Just her presence was such an encouragement to the family, whom I’ve come to know very well.”

Rev. Pavone continued, “If she had just stood up there and said, ‘hi, I’m Governor Sarah Palin. God Bless you all,’ the family would have been just as encouraged….she was really sharing her heart and for a much longer period of time than we expected – and happily so. Again showing her generous spirit of really wanting to help the cause of this family having gone through such a tragedy now reaching out to other families who are facing similar challenges. She wanted to affirm that and she certainly succeeded in doing so.”

Obama Admin’s Political Alliance with Abortion Industry

Scholla said Gov. Palin is “keeping up the fight” and mentioned her Shareholders in Life speech delivered this past Friday in Las Vegas, along with the work of another prominent pro-lifer, Alveda King. He asked Rev. Pavone his thoughts Obama being the first sitting President to speak at a Planned Parenthood event.

“There is a high degree of intimacy between the abortion industry and this administration, and in fact with the higher echelons of the Democratic Party. We see that across the board in many ways, and this president is brazen in his support of abortion. Some abortion supporters in politics say, ‘oh I’m pro-choice,’ they spout a few slogans and leave it at that. This man jumps right into the fray and pushes it un-apologetically, which should get our attention really across America, especially when we see the horrors of abortion being revealed,” Rev. Pavone said.

He continued, “It’s a political alliance….and the money from abortion is going into the political coffers of so many of these candidates. This is why they’re so unafraid to show their support for what is in Planned Parenthood not only the nation’s largest abortion provider, but also more and more is being revealed as a criminal enterprise itself, as they cover up sexual abuse and are running clinics that break the law in various ways.”

Abortion, Euthanasia Violate Classical Hippocratic Oath

hippocratic-oath

Abortion and Euthanasia absolutely violate the classical Hippocratic Oath which was written in 5 BC, to wit,

I will neither give a deadly drug to anybody who asked for it, nor will I make a suggestion to this effect. Similarly I will not give to a woman an abortive remedy. In purity and holiness I will guard my life and my art” (emphasis mine).

This text has been stripped out of the Hippocratic Oath when it was modernized in 1964, and the classical Oath is rarely recited in medical schools today. This is partly understandable, since the original Oath is sworn to Greek gods and goddesses. A strong argument could be made that even the modern version is against abortion and euthanasia if only by implication.

Most especially must I tread with care in matters of life and death. If it is given me to save a life, all thanks. But it may also be within my power to take a life; this awesome responsibility must be faced with great humbleness and awareness of my own frailty. Above all, I must not play at God.

The Hippocratic Oath’s original intent, however, leaves no doubt that doctors are absolutely prohibited from performing abortion and euthanasia in any way, shape or form.

Steel Resolve: Obama Chooses to Believe Lies

“I admit, I can be a bit simple-minded, however, I like to call it good old common sense. Soren Kierkegaard, the great Christian philosopher and writer suggests there are two types of deception. One is to believe what is not true. The other is to not believe what is true. What category do you think President Obama falls into?” Sarah Steelman asked as she opened her weekly Steel Resolve segment.

She continued her monologue about the Boston bombers, “these punks were self-declared radical Islamic extremists. Most of us normal people have come to that conclusion simply by reading all the evidence that supports the facts. Yes, we have multiple layers of intelligence agencies examining every aspect of the Boston bombers, but their hands were tied by this president.”

“In fact, the Obama administration in 2011 purged information from the FBI training manual that would have helped to identify and stop this kind of terrorist. Information about the warning signs and connection between the bombers’ kind of religious fervor and terrifying acts of Jihad were deleted,” Steelman said.

“The result is that this administration is not doing its job to keep America safe. It is imperative for the President of the United States to take a strong leadership position, stand clearly, stating to the world why America will not tolerate Islamic Jihadist terrorists or any terrorists and just call them what they are. Say the words. Make the case and let the world know why. We must know our enemy to defeat our enemy. This is no time for political correctness. Our country’s safety is at risk,” she said.

“I am fearful that the President falls into Kierkegaard’s first category. The President believes what is not true. The President chooses to believe a lie,” Steelman concluded.

Gov. Palin Brings Message of Hope, Life, Human Dignity to Las Vegas

Former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin last night brought down the house at a Shareholders in Life fund-raiser held in Las Vegas. The event was closed to the press, so details on her speech are sparse, however, we have every reason to believe this was a very significant speech. We can point to some of her other significant pro-life speeches as guides to what she most likely said last night, the most recent being Gov Palin Urges Schiavo Gala Crowd to Fight for Life, Human Dignity. In 2009, Gov. Palin received an IGHL award for defending people with special needs and she gave a very significant speech on the sanctity of life in Vandenburg, Indiana a few months prior.

In the hours leading up to her speech, Gov. Palin and her daughter Bristol called out Obama for speaking at a Planned Parenthood event the same night. In Gov. Palin: There’s no such thing as a coincidence, she referenced the racist and eugenicist origins of Planned Parenthood and how the organization stood silent on Kermit Gosnell’s infanticides. Bristol Palin urged her readers to sign a petition to de-fund Planned Parenthood.

Gov. Palin has not merely preached pro-life values, but has lived them. Her youngest son, Trig, 5, has Down Syndrome. As we wrote in Happy 5th Birthday Trig Paxson Van Palin!, 93% of babies diagnosed with Down Syndrome are aborted.

The President Makes History

Bristol Palin today posted on Bristol’s Blog:

20130426-114915.jpg

… But not in a good way.

According to the American Center for Law and Justice:

Today, President Obama will become the first sitting president in American history to address Planned Parenthood at its annual conference.

That’s right; the President of the United States is addressing the nation’s largest abortion provider, the leader of the death industry, just weeks after it argued for the right to kill a child born after a botched abortion.

He is addressing Planned Parenthood even as it attempts to profit off abortionist Kermit Gosnell’s trial for murdering babies born alive, arguing for even less regulation of abortion clinics.
President Obama is sending a message.

Let’s send our own.

If you’d like to sign the petition to defund Planned Parenthood, please click here. Though we’re not able to call the President and explain to him why his catering to the abortion giant is reprehensible, at least we can send him a message — loud and clear.
And let’s pray that this terrible practice of killing babies is stopped in America once and for all.

@SarahNETRadio, Women Patriots: Gov Palin Knows Her Mind, Not Afraid to Speak it

This week Sarah Palin was the topic when SarahNET Radio’s Kevin Scholla stopped by Women Patriots on Conservative Radio Network! Hosts Barbara and Brenda talk to Kevin about Governor Palin’s influence on the culture war, her patriotism, her incredible record of accomplishment, and much more.

Woman Who Knows Her Mind and Not Afraid to Speak it

Barbara and Brenda, the hosts of Women Patriots out of North Carolina and Indiana said about former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin, “I love a woman who knows her mind and isn’t afraid to speak it,” in a 71-minute interview with Kevin Scholla, host of SarahNET Radio earlier this week. Scholla said he admires Gov. Palin because she is unfiltered and honest. He became a supporter months before she ran for Vice President. Gov. Palin and Scholla exchanged emails when she was pregnant with Trig. Scholla’s daughter was due two months after Trig. He discussed the Presidential race in those emails and told Gov. Palin he hoped McCain would pick her as his running mate. When that day came, Scholla went on to campaign for her, and like so many of us, wanted her to run for President in 2012 the night Obama won.

Genesis of SarahNET Radio

Scholla’s professional radio, TV, and writing backgrounds and his partnership with SarahNET.net were the genesis of SarahNET Radio, which was conceived “to give the real news on her,” and counter the steady stream of leftist media drivel. When Gov. Palin announced that she would not run for President on October 5, 2011, many shows had already aired. Scholla’s decision was immediate. The show must go on. “Gov. Palin’s values, ideas, and message” were not going to cease because she did not run in 2012.

Many Men Would Have Caved…

Scholla and the hosts discussed how politics have devolved into a battle to save the Constitution from leftists who want to subvert and destroy it. Scholla said, “Gov. Palin the true epitome of America,” and her enemies are jealous of her successes in all areas of her life. “I do this for my daughter. There is no better role model than Sarah Palin…she takes the shots and does not back down.” He continued, “if you look at the history of what she’s been through and interview her now versus ’06 and ’07, nothing’s changed, except maybe the millions of people who want to stand and have a picture with her.” He added that “many men would have caved.”

Gov. Palin for Everything the Left is Against

Scholla said he’d rather have an honest person disagree with him on nine out of 10 issues than flip-flop, go along to get along, engage in double-talk, and run to political talking points. He said the left hates Gov. Palin because “she is for everything this modern-day Democratic Party is against.” She is “for America, for life, for liberty, for freedom, for the Constitution, for personal responsibility, traditional values, for the Second Amendment.” The left loves RINOs, because they can easily be painted into a box with phony memes and destroyed. Gov. Palin is a polar opposite and offers actual alternatives and solutions.

The left loves to talk about Gov. Palin’s “irrelevancy.” Scholla had written a non-political article about the influence of sports on the Heaths’ lives and on Sarah as a young Heath daughter. It was besieged with comments bashing and insulting Gov. Palin as “a moron.” If she is so irrelevant, why did all these commenters come out of the woodwork?

The Real War on Women

One of the hosts said “the media went after her because they were scared. She is a strong woman. A Republican woman. She is a mother. You want to talk about women’s rights, they don’t want to have that conversation about a woman being appreciated for who she is and not what her body looks like.”

“If you are not a white Protestant male and you are a conservative, they freak out,” Scholla said. Ted Cruz and Ben Carson are experiencing the same thing; Herman Cain, and Mia Love went through it too. The Democratic Party behaves as if it owns you, he said. “When you have a woman who looks like Sarah Palin and has the abilities of Sarah Palin, they freak out,” because she can attract young people, women – that is their core constituency.

He said they don’t merely disagree with you, but “they hate you and go after you in a really weird, visceral way.”

The War on Conservatives

Brenda, Barbara, and Scholla spoke about the left’s attempts to silence conservative media such as Fox News, Rush Limbaugh, and others.

Scholla then spoke about Gov. Palin’s ability to pick solid conservatives. While the RINOs were out having dinner with Obama, Palin-backed conservatives were standing with Rand Paul in a filibuster. She’s endorsed people from all different walks of life: ranchers, dentists, veterinarians, “and that’s the way it’s supposed to be,” he said. Obama uses far-left lawyers who may be book smart but have no common sense.

One of the hosts said, “I love Sarah. She tells the truth.” She contrasted Gov. Palin with Hillary Clinton who she described as “a lying sack of crap.” Clinton lied about Benghazi and was ultimately responsible for the deaths of four Americans.

On Obama’s Lack of Emotion for Americans…

Scholla said Obama has no emotion for Americans killed and cited the Boston terrorist attacks and Benghazi as examples. Not mentioned in the interview, but another glaring example would be Chris Kyle, who went forgotten by Obama, but whose funeral Gov. Palin attended, sacrificing her own birthday to do so. Scholla said Obama reads from a teleprompter and always must say ‘not all Muslims are bad, when America’s guts are ripped out’. He said the Democrats win because they’re always on the same page.

Conservatives will hold their noses and vote for a moderate, but moderates won’t support conservatives post-primary. Scholla cited McCain and others going to dinner with Obama, McCain being soft on Obama during the 2008 campaign while Gov. Palin called out his lack of accomplishments, lack of experience and nefarious associations. One of the hosts said Gov. Palin had more experience than Obama.

Liberals Only Care About Control

Scholla said the Democrats and liberals only care about control, not the groups they vociferously claim to protect. “They don’t appreciate what we have” as a country, he said, citing Obama’s apology tour at the beginning of his first term.

RINOs and Media Cling to Power

He spoke about the confluence of the guns and immigration issues as Boston came under attack from foreign terrorists. Scholla lauded Gov. Palin’s uncompromising position on the Second Amendment. He said Gov. Palin’s endorsements in the 2010 and 2012 races and beyond into this year and 2014 will force change in the Republican party. Scholla and the hosts spoke about leftist media reporting of Gov. Palin, how McCain and the establishment RINOs desperately want to hold on to power, how Palin-endorsed candidates such as Ted Cruz and Rand Paul focus on the Constitution, while the RINOs insult them and provide only sour grapes.

Scholla recounted how the media has twice covered satires on Gov. Palin as real news stories and how the left is obsessed with “green,” recycling, and earth day, but have a hatred of Christmas, guns, and large sugary drinks. He described how New York City – which wanted to ban the large drinks – is pushing failed students ahead, while good teachers are shackled by school administrations and their own unions. The “union dues go to advertising for Democrat candidates.”

Scholla and the hosts spoke about the leftist hate-fest on Gov. Palin, and men who do not defend her. The hosts spoke about the old “I can see Russia from my house” flap. Russia and Alaska are next to each other and as governor, Sarah Palin was receiving classified briefings. “She cannot have been governor and been stupid,” they said.

Scholla said, “people call her dumb because they have no dirt. Obama is not dumb. He knows exactly what he is doing. He wants to turn us to a European socialist nation.”

Leftist Hypocrisy

Scholla and the hosts spoke about leftist hypocrisy starting with the gaffes of both Quayle and Gore, and how leftists trawl Tea Party rallies looking for one nut to discredit the whole movement. Meanwhile, cities had to clean up huge messes from pro-marijuana and Occupy rallies, the latter being punctuated by rape, vandalism, and violence. They spoke about how the left exploits children to promote gun control following the Sandy Hook horror, but has nothing to say about Kermit Gosnell’s infanticides – snipping the spines of babies born in his botched abortions.

There has been a virtual media blackout on the Gosnell trial. “Gosnell is possibly the biggest serial killer in history,” Scholla said. He is not a doctor and often had his “interns” do the “procedures.” Scholla noted that Obama is a big proponent of partial birth abortion having voted for it numerous times. In the left’s world, it’s okay to post death wishes against Sarah but not Gosnell. We should be harsh on child molesters and murderers, and Scholla cited Gov. Palin’s position on Jerry Sandusky.

Keeping the Grassroots Involved…

The hosts said we need to keep grassroots involved and engaged to avert another catastrophe. Scholla said, “I’ve noticed in our movement, we’re all for a cause or candidate – as long as we’re getting all the credit.” The Left is a machine and gets things done. He said if our elected representatives “see that calls are not coming from us, they assume we’re for what they’re trying to push. You have to speak up and it’s easy to do online, with phone calls,” and so forth.

No More Politicians. We Want Real People….

One of the hosts, Barbara said she makes calls all the time to a North Carolina Senator, and never gets responses. Many others complained about this as well.

Scholla said politicians go to Washington and engage in power grabs. “It’s a cesspool of ‘do what I say and I’ll do this for you.’ You’re supposed to be a public servant – there to serve the people. Palin-endorsed Cruz has been good on all angles. It can be done. There is a lot of pressure there. Many Palin supporters would like to see her do something down the road.” She could run for Senate either in Alaska or Arizona or run for President, “but even if she doesn’t run, she still has that unique way of affecting culture that others do not. How many people have the following, websites, books, that she has?”

Scholla harkened back to Sen. Cruz saying his campaign “phones lit up like Christmas trees” when Gov. Palin endorsed him. The same thing happened with Sen. Fischer. Even for the ones who lost like Steelman, Kirk Adams, “the endorsement got the conversation going.”

The hosts spoke about the Indiana Senate race with Lugar and Mourdock and the Missouri race with Steelman and Akin, and the media traps Akin and Mourdock fell in. They also described how Lugar would not endorse Mourdock. “When conservatives win primary sour grapes come out,” Scholla said. He spoke about the Presidential debates with far left moderators and how it’s best to “call them out, so at least if you lose, you lose swinging.”

The hosts said they “don’t want smooth talking politicians.” Scholla said, “I don’t want a politician. I want a person.” The hosts agreed. No teleprompters, no canned speeches. Real people. But, Scholla noted, “as soon as someone speaks from the heart, they’re painted as ‘not a good politician.’” He said, “Gov. Palin’s real record is of: bi-partisanship, she stood up to big oil, able to work together, and actually produce. You’d be hard pressed to have have this information and believe the false narrative.”

Gov. Palin Running?

The hosts asked Scholla if he thought Gov. Palin is going to run for President in 2016.

“We got so emotionally invested in a possible run in 2012. I was able to take it; she was playing the media, driving the left absolutely bananas. She’s not doing that right now. She’s just doing her thing, and endorsing great candidates, helping potential candidates, calling Obama out for every move he makes. I’m not copping out. I don’t know. One moment, I feel – like when she put that video out – that she will run, and others – when she speaks highly of Rand Paul – I don’t. I know whether she runs or not, she will effect positive change. She will make the right decision one way or or the other, not only for her, but I think for the country, because she comes about decisions the right way – through prayer, common-sense…she is 49 years old. She’ll be there,” he said.

The hosts said “we do need her in the field to get the good people we need to run, then she should run herself.”

Mr.L: I’ll Tell You What’s The Matter With American Politics

In his most recent segment, Mr. L reiterated his assertion that former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin needs to run in 2016 to clean out the bad blood in the establishments of both the Democratic and Republican parties. The respective establishments are favoring Hillary Clinton and Jeb Bush, the latter being a RINO who is on record as saying, “I used to be a conservative.” Gov. Palin would represent the Country Class, while the other two represent the Ruling Class, a theme that Mr. L has been consistent on.

RINO Book Signing for Low-Information Voters

He devoted the remainder of the segment to CSPAN’s four-hour long coverage of a book signing at the Key School in Annapolis, Maryland featuring “Democrats Lite” Michael Steele and Mickey Edwards. Both men are moderates and part of the “No Labels” movement. Mr. L said we should not be compromising with the left; we should be destroying them.

Calling Out Abortion is Right Thing to Do

Mr. L also slammed former Palinista Tammy Bruce for decrying the conservative calling out of Kermit Gosnell as making us look like “self-righteous jerks,” and “smug jerks.” Gosnell snipped the spines of live babies born after his botched abortions and threw their tiny bodies in toilets while they were still breathing. Now is the time to call out the wrong of abortion and to stand on our principles. He referred to Congressman Chris Smith who said “if Gosnell shot seven infants with an AR-15, it would be national news,” but since he killed them via abortion, we hear crickets.

RINO / Moderate / Establishment Dismal Failures

In his conclusion, Mr. L recounted the dismal failures of the establishment / moderate / RINO GOP, beginning with President George H.W. Bush’s reneging on his promise to not raise taxes. Edwards, who was on this book signing panel geared toward low-information voters said “anyone who keeps his promise to not raise taxes is childish.” Mr. L spoke about George W. Bush’s over-spending, mismanagement of the Iraq war, pushing of amnesty and adoption of liberal policies and the nomination of McCain, which gave us Obama’s first term. Romney “the electable one; he lost; he couldn’t close the deal; $100 million and he lost” gave us Obama’s second term. “Another moderate from a long line of them and they say, ‘we’re too partisan.’” Obama is “the most hyper-partisan, the most hyper-political president we’ve ever seen.”

No Compromise with the Left, RINOs. Destroy Them!

“I don’t want to compromise with the left. I don’t want to compromise with people who bash Margaret Thatcher at her funeral….I don’t want to compromise with people who attack Rick Warren when his son commits suicide tragically. I don’t want to compromise with liberals in the media who rush to blame right-wingers for the Boston terrorist attack, even though they were Chechnyan Muslim.

“I don’t want to compromise with a man like Obama who gets up at what is supposed to be a somber memorial and turns it into a pep rally or an Elmer Gantry revival show….No, I don’t want to compromise with these freaks. I don’t want to compromise with the RINOs who wish to enable the left and look the other way and attack us for doing what they should be doing as leaders of the opposing party. I don’t want to compromise and work with them. I want to destroy them.”

Mr. L’s Synopsis

After watching CSPAN’s Book TV panel with Michael Steele and Mickey Edwards, I know what’s the matter with American politics—its politicians and political figures like them. And if they are not the problem with American politics as a whole, they are the main problem with the Republican Party. These two men on this panel are the personification of why the pejorative term RINO was made. These men still believe that running moderate republicans is the way to win elections and save America. Question: How many times do you want to run moderates and lose before you understand that isn’t working? We should not comprise with leftists who are destroying the country. We should not compromise with these fake republicans who wish to enable the left’s bad policies instead of a pushing back at them like a real opposing party.

We should not compromise or work with them— we need to destroy them.

Happy 5th Birthday Trig Paxson Van Palin!

This day five years ago at 0630 / 6:30 AM AKDT, Trig Paxson Van Palin was born. “Trig is a perfect child born in an imperfect world,” as his mother Former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin has written and said many times. While many of us wake up groggy, sometimes cursing and staggering around until we get multiple cups of rocket fuel in us, Trig “welcomes each day with thunderous applause and laughter.” He applauds the day.

Palins, Heaths Standing Up and Doing the Right Thing

Gov. Palin has written and spoken often about the challenges and the joys associated with raising a child who has special needs, most recently at the Terri Schiavo Gala. Trig is living, breathing testimony to parents who stood up and did the right thing, even though it was not “convenient.” An estimated 93% of babies diagnosed with Down Syndrome are aborted. Trig is living, breathing testimony to good and evil. Each of his birthday pictures has brought on attacks and invective of the most unbelievable cruelty and displays of pure evil from deranged adults. But, they’ve also brought out people who stood up and did the right thing.

The Truest Measure of any Society…

At 0:36, Gov. Palin said, “I believe the truest measure of any society is how it treats those who are least able to defend and to speak for themselves, and who is more vulnerable or more innocent than a child?” At the three-minute mark, she did not take umbrage at her speech being interrupted by a crying baby. Quite the contrary, she said, “I love that sound. Please let that baby keep on cryin’. We love that sound. Not cryin’, just giggling.”

Innocent Trig embodies the battle between good and evil. How you react to him – and Gov. Palin as his mother – tells the whole world who and what you are as a person. It speaks volumes.

True Victory – of Good over Evil

“Trig” is a Norse name and it means “true victory.” True victory of good over evil.

The staff of US for Palin wishes you – Trig – a wonderful and joy-filled fifth birthday and may you continue to welcome each day with thunderous applause and laughter and who dreams….
