A friend sent this photo of one of the many crowds that gathered in Texas on Monday to pay their respects to Chris Kyle. While too many of our “leaders” were oblivious, these ordinary Americans organized themselves to show respect for a great hero. Patriotic ordinary Americans like the people in this photo are the heart and hope of this country. The lesson here, as in so many things lately, is don’t wait for or rely on government to do anything for you. You have more sense and discernment than most politicians.

Former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin tonight delivered a significant stump speech supporting US Senate candidate Ted Cruz at a rally in Houston, Texas. Gov. Palin said that Cruz would be going to Washington to repeal and replace ObamaCare, support our Second Amendment, and a pro-life agenda.

American Grizzlies United / Organize4Palin volunteers and coordinators were on location to support Gov. Palin and sign up new members.

Former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin has recorded a robocall for US Senate Candidate Ted Cruz. Immediately following her endorsement, Cruz reported that his “phones lit up like a Christmas tree” and 1,000 donations poured in during the 48 hours that followed. Earlier this week, Cruz’s campaign manager referred to Gov. Palin’s endorsement as being “sunspot hot.”
